WE POWDERCOAT MANY TYPES & SIZES OF PRODUCTS

·Four specialized ovens accurately control the curing processing times and temperatures.

·Oven #1 …28’L x 14’W x 9’H…with a heavy duty conveyor, can handle big 5000 lb products.

·Oven #2 …25’L x 12’W x 9’H…has a high speed conveyor for processing mid-size products.

·Oven #3 …. 7’L x 5’W x 7’H…is a chambered carousel oven for even the smallest products.

·Oven #4 … 2’L x 2’W x 2’H… a laboratory oven for rigid quality control and testing samples.

·We have two diesel trucks and two 24 ft trailers standing ready to pickup & deliver products.
